  2. Provide your order number and specify the item(s) you wish to return.
  3. Our customer support team will send you instructions on how to return the item(s) and provide you with a return shipping label, if applicable.

3. Non-returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return, including:

  • Gift cards
  • Sale or clearance items marked as final sale
  • Downloadable digital products

4. Refund Process

Once we receive your returned item(s) and confirm that they meet our return conditions, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that it may take 5-10 business days for the refunded amount to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.

5. Shipping Costs

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different size, color, or style, please return the item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
